Hostile Architect

Verified on 13 October 2026 against Steam app 4768160, the official site, and the press kit. Steam offers a wishlist rather than an installer. The official screenshots show PRE-ALPHA BUILD v0.2.0; that is a screenshot label, not a downloadable release version. This guide has no hands-on playtest.
Where the game stands
Steam’s release_date field is coming_soon with the date string “To be announced.” The press kit calls the same state Pre-release. is_free is false and price_overview is null, so there is no price and no free edition. The store page has no demo block.
Platforms on the API are Windows and macOS only. Linux is false. The official site’s headline is “The Anti-Platformer by SludgeBit — Coming Soon.”
What the official pitch says you do
The Steam short description asks who builds the trap-filled stages in classic side-scrollers, then answers: this time it is you. Heroes invade your kingdom. You construct the stages they have to cross.
The press kit adds the loop: a small budget, a random shop of traps, then a wave of heroes. Survive and the kingdom grows while the enemy count climbs. SludgeBit says you do not need fast reflexes, and that every run is different.

No. On 13 October 2026 the Steam page was Coming Soon, with wishlist only. There is no demo and no browser build.
